Kurt co-wrote the soundtrack for the documentary "10 More Good Years" with Soren Sorensen. (www.sorensen-mechlowicz.com). The film is focused on the issue of aging in the LGBT community. The film is currently airing on the Sundance Channel and Logo this summer

1/21/08 Ngamba Island Kurt wrote music for this documentary about a chimpanzee sanctuary in Uganda called Ngamba Island. Written and directed by Jay Heyman. Music also featured by Soren Sorensen and Andrew Potenza.

Kurt wrote several songs for the new independent movie THE ALPHA GEEK which is screening tonight at the Rao Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The film was written by Kurt's childhood friend Kurt Larson, now a working actor in LA. Larson plays the lead role of Riley Benson, an overconfident comic book writer who finds himself caught in the plot drama of an older woman. http://www.thealphageekmovie.com/

Winner of the 2007 New York Fringe Festival Overall Excellence Award for Best Music and Lyrics! Williamsburg The Musical openeg on August 11th and played to over 1100 people for five shows at the Village Theatre as part of the NY International Fringe Festival in August 2007. Kurt wrote the music for WTM, collaborating with Lyricist Brooke Fox, Bookwriter Will Brumley and Actress/Writer Nicola Barber. www.WilliamsburgTheMusical.com

11/1/05 Opposite Attraction "Opposite Attraction" is a drama feature Kurt scored. Written and Directed by Tom Wieschenberg, the film was the "Spotlight Feature Film" at the 2005 Red Bank, NJ Film Fest. This clip appears at the end of the film, and features Kurt's song "Walk Unafraid."
